Access Control and CCTV Technician - Security Systems | Houston, Texas

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and program/commission security and access control devices
- Install door hardware, including mag locks, electric strikes, and related hardware
- Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
- Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints
- Work safely on ladders/lifts and be comfortable with heights
- Support additional low voltage systems as needed at commercial and industrial sites, including schools, hospitals, offices, and warehouses
Requirements:
- 2 years of commercial installation experience with access control/CCTV
- Working knowledge of telecom and data networks
- Programming experience in access control and CCTV is a plus
- Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications are a plus
- Basic hand tools and PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the Houston area and throughout Texas as needed
