Job Summary
Qprop is looking for reliable, local Field Agents across Jackson County . We help out-of-state real estate investors get things done on properties they can't personally visit - and we need people on the ground to handle it for them.
This is flexible, occasional paid work. You choose which jobs you take and when. No experience necessary - just reliability, a phone camera, and the ability to show up on time.

Responsibilities
- Visit residential properties and walk through them, taking clear photos and/or video
- Install lockboxes at properties as directed
- Complete short custom tasks for investors who can't be on-site (e.g., checking on renovation progress, verifying property condition)
- Submit a simple report/photos through our platform after each visit
Pay
- Around $50 per visit on average (visits typically run 20-30 minutes)
- Paid the same day you submit the completed job
- You pick the jobs that fit your schedule - no minimum hours required
Requirements
- Located in Jackson County
- Real estate experience
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone with a working camera
- Comfortable communicating professionally and following simple instructions
- Trustworthy and punctual
