Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
- Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
- Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person
- Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Some Manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work on-site
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Overtime may be available depending on production demands.
- Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location.
