Position Overview: As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
• Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
• Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.

• Ability to perform minor tool offsets and load materials into CNC machines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and identify process improvements.
• Ability to maintain equipment and keep machines running at optimal efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator or relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot processes.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work on-site in Newbury, Ohio.
  
  

Shift Details

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Overtime may be available depending on production demands.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location.
