Qorali is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to drive test automation, ensure seamless system integration, and safeguard the integrity of mission-critical data and APIs. What You’ll Do
- Design and implement advanced automation frameworks for APIs, data validation, and system integration
- Develop and execute robust test strategies for distributed systems and large-scale data workflows
- Own and enhance regression, performance, and compliance testing pipelines
- Partner closely with developers, architects, and product managers to embed quality throughout the SDLC
- Diagnose and resolve complex cross-platform issues across APIs, services, and data pipelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
What You Bring
- 7 years of SDET/QA experience with a strong emphasis on test automation and system integration
- Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, RestAssured, or similar
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or equivalent for building scalable test solutions
- Solid SQL expertise and hands-on experience validating large, complex datasets
- Background working in Agile environments with frequent releases and continuous delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with messaging platforms (Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and reporting/analytics systems
- Familiarity with security testing and performance optimization
- Domain knowledge in financial services or other data-intensive industries
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $130–160k
- Bonus: Up to 15% annually
