Lead Network Engineer

What You’ll Do
- Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data centres and cloud platforms
- Configure and optimize routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and related technologies
- Drive the evolution of hybrid networking strategies aligned with security and governance best practices
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and architecture roadmaps
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure ongoing network performance and reliability

Technical Expertise
- Proven experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also considered)
- Deep knowledge of Layer 3 networking, including protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
- Experience with Cisco platforms (IOS, NX-OS, XR)
- Familiarity with DNS/IPAM, VPNs, NAC, firewalls, DDoS protection, and packet analysis
- Experience with Cisco ACI is essential
- Background supporting mainframe and storage network environments is required
