Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IFS/iPipeline product implementations across business units.
- Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
- Oversee deployment activities, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize related modules.
- Design, document, and maintain workflows using iGrafx for process automation and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.
- Strong knowledge of IFS/iPipeline product suite.
- Experience in service request handling and deployment management.
- Familiarity with related modules and their integration points.
