Installation Technician (VoIP/Cisco Phones)
Where?
This position is based onsite in downtown Indianapolis. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week throughout the duration of the project.
Job Details
- Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Employment Type: 12-month contract/project assignment
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
- Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN (100% onsite)
- Start Date: Interviews are beginning immediately
- Openings: 2 positions available
Job Duties
- Assist with the installation and deployment of VoIP phone systems.
- Configure, connect, and test Cisco phone equipment.
- Support workstation and phone setup activities at various onsite locations.
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues.
- Document installation progress and communicate project updates to the team.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with technology installations, structured cabling, telecommunications, or hardware deployments.
- Exposure to Cisco phone systems and/or VoIP technology preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite five days per week.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
