We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products, client reporting, and investment processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, and Operations teams
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Work on wealth management platforms, client onboarding, and reporting systems
- Support portfolio management, performance reporting, and client analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
- Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (SEC, FINRA, KYC/AML)
- Drive improvements in business processes and data quality
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Wealth Management
- Private Banking / Asset Management
- Understanding of:
- Portfolio Management
- Asset Allocation
- Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Strong SQL skills (for data analysis)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel
