- Manage influencer outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship management
- Negotiate creator rates, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, and content expectations
- Draft and manage influencer agreements, contracts, scopes, and campaign requirements
- Brief and onboard influencers, ensuring they understand brand guidelines, deliverables, timelines, approval processes, and content expectations
- Track influencer deliverables, posting dates, content links, usage permissions, and campaign status
- Coordinate product seeding, mailers, event invitations, and creator logistics as needed
- Review influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, quality, and required disclosures
- Monitor live creator content and capture performance metrics
- Build campaign recaps and influencer reports with clear performance insights and recommendations
- Maintain organized trackers, creator databases, campaign documentation, and status updates
- Collaborate with social, account, creative, and strategy teams to ensure influencer work supports broader campaign goals

- You are proactive and do not wait to be told what needs to happen next
- You are detail-oriented and understand that contracts, usage rights, timelines, and deliverables matter
- You can communicate clearly with creators, clients, and internal teams
- You are organized, accountable, and ready to move quickly
- You can turn campaign activity into a clear report with results, learnings, and next steps
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or agency experience
