You find and book the appointments; our expert inspection and sales team takes it from there.
Start at $25/hour with uncapped commission on top — so you earn a reliable paycheck and get rewarded for every door you open.
What You'll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on storm-damage leads to introduce QNTUM's roofing services.
- Have genuine conversations with homeowners and book free roof inspections for our inspection team.
- Network with property managers and past customers to generate referrals.
- Log your leads and appointments in our CRM (we'll train you on everything).
- Hit weekly appointment goals and stack commission and bonuses for every inspection you book.
What We Offer
- $25/hour base pay — a guaranteed paycheck, not commission-only.
- Uncapped commission on top, with realistic first-year total earnings of $75,000–$150,000 ; top setters earn more.
