This role will oversee end‑to‑end configuration activities, ensuring Workday is designed and maintained to support scalable, standard, and efficient HR processes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Workday Configuration & Administration
- Oversee and participate in configuration across Workday HCM modules including:
- Security
- Performance
- Compensation
- Advanced Compensation
- Core HCM
- Manage business process configuration, condition rules, routing, notifications, and calculated fields.
- Partner with HR COEs and HR Service Center to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions with an emphasis on Employee Experience.
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert for HR projects and initiatives.
- Lead biannual Workday release process.
- Proactively identify opportunities to implement new features, with a focus on embedded AI and Workday Illuminate.
- Ensure configuration aligns with global policies, compliance requirements, and data integrity standards.
- Oversee Workday integrations, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Support integration troubleshooting, versioning, testing, and enhancements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Workday configuration professionals.
- Prioritize and allocate workload across configuration, issue resolution, enhancements, and release management.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex configuration issues and design decisions.
- Ensure adherence to global design standards, documentation, and change control processes.
- 8 years of Workday HCM administration experience with hands-on configuration.
- Expertise in multiple Workday modules: Security, Performance, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Workday Pro certification(s) (Advanced Compensation, Compensation, HCM Core, Recruiting, or Talent and Performance)
- Experience with Workday Extend (preferred but not required).
- Experience supporting HR transformation, system redesign, or enterprise-scale Workday deployments.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
