This role serves as a key financial partner to the Vice President & General Manager of Kalrez, providing financial leadership, business insights, forecasting expertise, and decision support to drive profitable growth.
As a member of the Kalrez Global Leadership Team and the Electronics Finance Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in business planning, performance management, financial governance, and strategic initiatives across a global organization.

This role serves as a key financial partner to the Vice President & General Manager of Kalrez, providing financial leadership, business insights, forecasting expertise, and decision support to drive profitable growth.
As a member of the Kalrez Global Leadership Team and the Electronics Finance Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in business planning, performance management, financial governance, and strategic initiatives across a global organization.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the Vice President & General Manager, Kalrez.
- Partner with the Global Leadership Team to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Deliver timely analysis and actionable insights on business performance and key financial drivers.
- Support complex business decisions through financial modeling and decision support.
- Ensure accurate financial results, strong internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration on forecasting, planning, and business improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise finance initiatives related to systems, processes, data quality, and governance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering roles.
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into business recommendations.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and corporate governance.
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience supporting high-growth manufacturing, industrial, technology, or semiconductor businesses.
- Knowledge of S&OP planning processes and financial systems.
- Proven success leading through influence within a global matrix organization.
