- Responsible for appraisal bid management and engaging appraisers to perform

- Obtain and track bids from qualified appraisers.
- Prepare engagement letters and forward appropriate information to appraisers.
- Monitor timely receipt of appraisals and appraisal reviews.
- Ensure all appraisal requests are handled in a timely manner and any delays are
