Role Description
The Customer Representative - Logistics will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing communication with customers, coordinating freight logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coopersville, MI, which will require collaboration with internal teams to optimize customer experiences and resolve logistical challenges promptly. The right Person will be responsible for accepting, booking and scheduling loads with their customer(s) directly.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience enhancing Customer Experience and resolving customer inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution related to logistics and transportation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with logistics, and transportation is a bonus
- Highly Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office - Outlook / Word / Excel
