Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and data center electrical projects.
- Supervise electricians, foremen, apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between project teams, clients, inspectors, and trade partners.
- Promote a strong safety culture through daily safety meetings, site audits, and OSHA/NEC compliance.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, inspections, and subcontractor activities.
- Review drawings and specifications, track project progress, and resolve field issues proactively.
- Maintain daily reports, production logs, and project documentation.
- Travel nationwide to support project startups, critical milestones, and active job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- 7 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience.
- 3 years of experience leading field teams as a Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical construction best practices.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, one-lines, and construction documents.
- Experience managing large crews and coordinating with multiple trades.
- Proficient with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationwide.

The Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards while driving successful project execution.
