QLM Search is partnering branded CPG Group that is looking to appoint a VP FP&A.
This role is for a true FP&A specialist, someone with real depth in financial modelling, decision support and business intelligence, and experience building FP&A properly rather than inheriting something already set up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing the FP&A function end to end — models, processes, tools and cadence
- Owning forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning across multiple brands and categories
- Building robust financial models to support pricing, investment, margin and growth decisions
- Providing high-quality decision support to the executive team
- Developing business intelligence and performance reporting that gives real visibility across the portfolio
- Partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership team
- Hiring and developing the FP&A team as the group continues to scale
This is a hands-on role, particularly in the early stages, you’ll be close to the detail and shaping how things are done.
