QLM Search is partnering with an acquisitive B2B food Ingredients group that requires a Divisional General Manager (VP Commercial for Food Ingredients) to lead high profile commercial team in the sector. Reporting to the CEO, you will build, manage and develop a team in Food ingredients for the US business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the business unit, with full commercial responsibility for P&L to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectation;
- Build and develop strong commercial relationships with global food ingredient suppliers
- Working collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans;
- Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability and communication across the division and a clear focus on delivery of core activities.
To apply, you must be a highly motivated, strong hands-on Commercial sales leader with experience of managing a multi-functional Sales team in the food sector. Experience of working in the B2B Food Ingredients distribution segment is vital to drive significant growth, quickly, through previous business relationships.
