What You Bring- Proven background in Cost Management with 3–10 years in project controls.
- Expertise in cost control, forecasting, change management, and risk analysis.
- Strong ability to translate complex financials into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with JDE, EcoSys, and/or Procore (plus strong Power BI/reporting skills).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field—or equivalent industry experience.
- Willingness to travel to domestic regional offices up to 15%.
- This is a full time, onsite position.
- Own the numbers – Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC projects.
- Be a strategic partner – Work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals.
- Manage change with confidence – Oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they become issues.
- Tell the story – Deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership.
- Strengthen controls – Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one.
