What you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
o Working on all aspects of a project including but not limited to framing, trim, siding, painting and demolition
o Measure, cut, and fit wood and other materials accurately using hand and power tools
o Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
o Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades as needed
o Maintain a clean and organized work area
o Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with local building codes
o Follow safety procedures and use proper protective equipment at all times
Requirements:
o 2–5 years of experience in carpentry
o Proficient with carpentry tools and materials
o Ability to read and interpret construction documents
o Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
o Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
o Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work in various environments
o Excellent time management and communication skills.
o Willingness to help in other areas other than trim such as framing, demo and others.
