QIC Corporation is hiring dependable, motivated FedEx Delivery Drivers to serve residential and commercial customers throughout Western Shawnee and Lenexa, KS.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $21/hour
• Increase to $22/hour after 60 days upon meeting performance expectations
• $250 sign-on bonus
• Weekly pay and monthly/annual safety bonuses

Full-Time Benefits (36 Hours/Week):

Flexible Scheduling:

Choose from Monday–Friday, weekends, split-week schedules, or customized availability.

• Opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time

We prefer drivers who can commit to a consistent, set schedule. Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week is especially helpful.

☀Day Shifts Only—Home for Dinner!

Typical hours are approximately 8 AM–5 PM. No late nights, and home every evening!

What You'll Do:

• Arrive on time, clock in, and complete a pre-trip vehicle inspection.
• Help finish loading and organize your truck efficiently.
• Follow your route, delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout Western Shawnee and Lenexa.
• Complete scheduled commercial pickups and deliveries.
• Manage your time, follow DOT regulations, and maintain safe driving practices.
• Check in with the team as needed, including a final check-in near the end of your day.

You'll deliver a wide variety of packages to different addresses while working independently and keeping your route moving.

A Fast-Paced Job for Self-Starters:

This is a physically demanding position for people who enjoy staying busy and taking initiative.

• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Routes typically require 25–30 delivery stops per hour, depending on route conditions.
• Comfortable with frequent entry and exit from the truck and staying active throughout the day.
• Strong time management, reliability, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently.

We provide the equipment and support, then trust you to take ownership of your route. No micromanaging!

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license; no CDL required
• No DUI convictions
• Pass a background check (no felony convictions)
• Pass an employer-paid DOT physical
• Pass drug screening, including marijuana screening; marijuana prescriptions are not accepted under this position's screening requirements
• Meet applicable FMCSA English-language requirements
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and self-motivated

No college diploma required! Military veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply. Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required.
