Your Role on Our Team:
We can’t wait to bring a new key player into our exterior horticultural service team. This seasonal full-time position runs from March through November, with the potential for year-round work. What You'll Do Each Day:

· Get hands-on with horticultural tasks like watering, fertilizing, weeding, edging, and more to keep our green spaces lush.

· Take the lead on your assigned accounts and guide the team to deliver top-tier service.

· Keep daily operations smooth using our company phone to manage tasks and schedules.

· Communicate clearly with crew members and clients about plans and goals.

· Keep vehicles and equipment tidy and well-maintained.

· Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure water efficiency.

What We’re Looking For in You:

· A reliable pro with a positive attitude, strong communication skills (phone and email), and punctuality.

· Physically comfortable with ladders, outdoor work in all weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

· Two to three years of solid experience in the green industry, including managing landscape crews.

· Familiarity with standard landscaping machinery and flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends or holidays.

· Proven leadership and a team-oriented mindset.

· Experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture with supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

· $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience.

· Expected hours: 40-50 per week.

· Driver’s License required.
