- Manage and coordinate all aspects of EDI order processing to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Reviewing and Interpreting Routing and shipping guides.
- Sending ASN's
- Oversee the integration of EDI systems with ERP platforms such as SAP
- Accurately inputs, updates, and processes customer purchase orders into company systems (ERP/CRM) to ensure timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Entering Purchase Orders via EDI, customer portals and SAP.
- Sending ASNs via customer portal
- Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and pricing compliance
- Maintain organized records of orders, changes, and cancellations
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse management, transportation teams, and vendors to optimize supply chain operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis on order discrepancies or delays and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor freight, shipping & receiving activities, and coordinate with 3PL providers for smooth logistics execution.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, cycle times, and supply chain costs to drive continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms SAP
- Knowledge of procurement processes, category management, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of customer portals (Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy) A MUST
- Knowledge of True Commerce, Commerce Hub
- Expertise in transportation planning, freight management
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously A MUST
- Proven ability to lead process improvements through root cause analysis and supply chain analytics initiatives.
