What You’ll Do
- Lead site supervisors and front-line teams across multiple client locations
- Run regular site inspections and track performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Keep operations safe and compliant with OSHA and regulatory standards
- Act as the go-to contact for clients, resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Manage scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and site budgets
- Coach and develop your team through training, feedback, and performance reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements that raise service quality
What You Bring
- Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or janitorial services; multi-site experience is a big plus
- A proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Strong client-facing communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfort with scheduling, budgeting, KPIs, and service-level agreements
- Working knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
- Ability to travel between sites across the NYC Metro Area
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, or a related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $67,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and skills
- Performance bonus: tied to site quality, client retention, and operational results
