Position Title: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Tier 2 SpecialistLocation: Washington, DC (Mostly Remote - Onsite 1-2 days per month)Clearance Requirements: Must be US Citizen with theability to Obtain Public TrustPosition Status: Contract to HirePay Rate: Competitive / Based on ExperiencePosition Description: We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Tier 2 Specialist to support a Federal Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role focuses on SailPoint IIQ configuration, IAM operations, workflow development, and Tier 2 troubleshooting within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting SailPoint IIQ implementations in federal environments, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable identity governance and access management solutions. This position is mostly remote, with occasional onsite collaboration 1-2 days per month in Washington, DC.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide business analysis and technical support for a federal SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementationTranslate business requirements into SailPoint IIQ configurations, enhancements, and workflowsConfigure and maintain Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) lifecycle processesSupport Tier 2 IAM operations, troubleshooting identity governance and access provisioning issuesDebug and optimize BeanShell scripts, workflows, and SailPoint policiesTroubleshoot integration issues across Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud applicationsSupport SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patching, maintenance, and release managementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather identity governance and access management requirementsDocument workflows, configurations, system changes, and operational proceduresInvestigate and resolve defects, bugs, and access control issuesTrack and resolve issues using ServiceNow ticketing systemRequired Skills / EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience4 years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations, preferably in federal environmentsStrong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and identity governanceExperience with SailPoint IIQ configuration, workflows, and access lifecycle managementHands-on experience with: JavaBeanShellXMLSQLExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or PythonExperience integrating SailPoint with: Active DirectoryLDAPHR systemsEnterprise or cloud applicationsFamiliarity with SailPoint APIsExperience working with ServiceNow ticketing systemsAbility to support Tier 2 troubleshooting and incident resolutionAbility to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearancePreferred QualificationsSailPoint IdentityIQ Certification (Associate, Professional, or Engineer)Experience supporting federal or government IAM programsPrior experience working in enterprise IAM environmentsExperience supporting security compliance and identity governance initiativesActive or previous Top Secret clearanceAbout Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
