This position offers strong visibility, impactful work, and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise programs.Required Skills/EducationKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.Lead system testing and UAT activities, including test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.Perform root-cause analysis, assess business impacts, and provide actionable recommendations.Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution accuracy and quality.Manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment while delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.Develop insights from complex data sets, trends, and regulatory guidelines to support decision-making.Coordinate release activities and track work items using Azure DevOps or similar tools.Support change management activities related to system enhancements and process improvements.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, business processes, and technical environments.Strong experience executing system testing and UAT, including test case creation and defect resolution.Demonstrated success supporting large-scale, high-visibility technology or business initiatives.Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database/reporting tools.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management and release coordination.Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments.About Seneca ResourcesAt Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
