Role: ArcGIS adminLocation: Washington, DC (onsite 5 days a week in SCIF)Duration: Long Term ContractClearance: Must have a Top Secret clearance (can hold an SCI)Required Qualifications3 years of experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise GIS systemsSystem administration experience on Windows and/or Linux platformsProficiency with at least one RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) including SQL query developmentHands-on experience with Esri software, specifically ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, and related APIsWorking knowledge of at least one scripting/programming language (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#)Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load balancing)Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, Web Tier, OIDC)Exposure to cloud-based system operations (SysOps)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Mathematics, or related STEM fieldPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a related fieldArcGIS Enterprise Administration Professional certificationIndustry IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS)Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Notebook Server, or ArcGIS MonitorPay Range: $50 - $60/hr (Negotiable)About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm-we are a trusted career partner.
