Associate Portfolio Lead

Description

Purpose: Supports Portfolio Leads and senior team members with administrative,

coordination, and operational tasks while building technical and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Scheduling (30%)
• Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Support tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Operational & Compliance Support (25%)
• Support consistency of scheduling PM and CM by following QE Solar standards.
• Help with documentation, site audits, logistics coordination, and compliance
  
  

reporting.

• Maintain and update trackers, records, and reports for internal and client use.
• Technical Support (20%)
• Assist in monitoring portfolio/BESS system performance through remote platforms.
• Provide preliminary data collection for troubleshooting and preventative
  
  

maintenance.

• Shadow senior staff during client calls to build technical competency.
• Process & Reporting (15%)
• Contribute to presentation/report preparation in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, QEST
  
  

reporting.

• Support process documentation and updates to internal knowledge bases.
• Provide administrative support to ensure project continuity.
• Team Contribution (5%)
• Collaborate with team members on daily tasks.
• Participate in training and skill development to grow into a Portfolio Lead role.
• Other Duties (5%)
• Support other QE Solar initiatives and tasks as assigned
