Team Member Night Shift

As a Team Member at Qdoba Mexican Eats, you are the face of our brand and a key part of delivering a great guest experience. You’ll be responsible for creating delicious meals, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring each guest leaves happy. Whether you’re working the line, at the register, or in the dining area, your positive attitude and commitment to quality service make all the difference.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Prepare food according to Qdoba recipes and standards

• Assemble meals quickly, accurately, and with care

• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, equipment, and utensils

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions

• Support your team and communicate effectively during busy shifts

• Uphold Qdoba’s brand standards in all aspects of the job

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
