As the fearless flavor captain of your restaurant, you’ll:

• Lead by example - energize your team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences

• Hire, train & develop a dream team that brings the QDOBA magic every shift

• Own the numbers - manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and all the fun operations stuff

• Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and positivity

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellence from open to close

• 2 years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)

• A track record of building strong teams & mentoring future leaders
