Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members during assigned shifts
- Recognize and reward achievements of team members
- Assign job duties and set goals
- Provide quality customer service to guests
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Assist in inventory control
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Perform all duties of cook, cashier, and line server
