AGM Job description
We are looking for a self-motivated, result-driven assistant general manager to assist GM's and help direct, manage our business activities. Also, to develop, implement effective business strategies, promote programs. This position will be based out of Qdoba East. Duties for the assistant general manager will include the following:

Valid Driver’s License!
Dependable Transportation!
Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing.
Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, amazing food while maintaining a Clean and Organized Restaurant!
Ability to market fundraisers, and community events!
Passionate Leader and ability to recruit, hire, train, retain and develop!
Previous restaurants experience a must!
Ability to jump in and assist where needed!
Able to communicate and collaborate with your team in a professional manner!
Open Availability Highly Recommended!
Steady Work History!
Computer Literate!
Have an Entrepreneurial Spirit!
Able to increase staff productivity!
Be an excellent communicator!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
