Location: In-office, QDOBA, 15052 Gleason Path, Apple Valley, MN 55124

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $25-$30 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and managing accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, verification, and timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Communicate effectively with employees and vendors regarding payroll and payment inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Previous experience in payroll and accounts payable roles.
• Proficiency in payroll and accounting software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
