Customer Service Representative
Position Responsibilities
- Take and process customer orders.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Work with other QDI branches and departments to meet our customers' needs.
- Schedule and respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized and stocked showroom and sample area.
- Other duties as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
- Dedicated to excellent attendance and punctuality.
