Our assistant restaurant managers are accountable for all aspects of food quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, maintenance and service of the restaurant and outside events as applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes extending beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours
- Must have access to adequate transportation & complete the administrative driving requirement
- Must have a general understanding in taking & setting up catering orders
- Responsible for placing & receiving food orders as well as inputting invoices
- Will be required to complete in-house shift supervisor training & pass a certification exam
- Ability to communicate in English is required. Spanish comprehension is helpful.
- Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recent supervisory and/or management experience in a restaurant environment required
- Strong communication, organizational & computer skills required
- Strong problem solving skills
- Commitment to quality & integrity

- Hands-on management style
- Ability to take initiative, run strong shifts, & train teammates to do the same!
