What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a project controls team of ~20 across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, tools, and governance frameworks
- Oversee cost management, including forecasting, change control, earned value, and variance analysis
- Drive schedule development, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and recovery planning
- Identify project risks and opportunities; lead mitigation planning and cross-functional alignment
- Extensive experience in Project Controls
- Proven ability to lead teams of 20 across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting
- Strong background in high-end manufacturing (Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Advanced Industrial)
- Pharma experience = not required BUT IDEAL
- Demonstrated success driving alignment across EPCs, owners, and cross-functional stakeholders
