What You'll Do
- High-visibility role supporting project leadership across the Site, Central Utilities Building and Tank Farm on a major capital programme.
- Opportunity to turn complex P6 schedule data into clear recommendations that influence decisions before delays occur.
- Strong blend of technical data analysis and stakeholder exposure: dashboards, lookaheads, OAC meeting packs and direct interaction with project managers/EPCM.
- 3 years in project controls, planning, scheduling, PMO reporting or project data analysis on major construction/EPC/EPCM/engineering projects.
- Hands-on Power BI capability, including dashboard creation or modification, Power Query, data modelling and DAX—not just consuming reports.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6/CPM scheduling: logic, critical path, constraints, baselines, forecasts, float and milestones.
- Experience producing practical schedule lookaheads, variance/exception reporting and concise stakeholder briefings; advanced Excel essential.
