sDirector of Site Growth & Strategic Alliances, you will own growth across the network.
You will:
- Drive study awards through targeted sponsor/CRO engagement
- Manage high-value relationships—not high volume outreach
- Own the pipeline from first conversation to executed contract
- Represent QCR at industry conferences and strategic meetings
- Work directly with leadership to align growth with execution

What You Bring- 5 years in clinical research business development (site, CRO, or sponsor side)
- Proven track record of awarded studies and revenue generation
- Ability to navigate decision-makers and close complex deals
