QCR Holdings is looking for a System Provisioning Quality Analyst to join our Technology department! This position can be located in any of our current markets (Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, or Springfield, MO). The primary focus for this role is to perform regular reviews of user access rights and permissions within an organization. This individual will ensure that employees, contractors, and other authorized users have appropriate access to applications, databases, systems, and data. This role plays a critical part in maintaining security, compliance, and efficient access management processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Execute regular access reviews, ensuring that user access permissions align with business needs and security policies.
- Ensure compliance with access control policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of access reviews, documenting findings, remediation actions, and any exceptions.
- Facilitate the removal of unnecessary access rights and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Work closely with IT teams, Account Provisioning Team, security personnel, and business units to identify access risks and address issue.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum one to two years of experience in access management, security, or other related roles.
- Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user access roles, logs, and reports.
- Must have a strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or anomalies in access permissions.
- Must execute excellent communication and interpersonal skills while collaborating with data owners, IT teams, and end-users, and have the ability to articulate access decisions and recommendations clearly.
