Duties
- Assist with site preparation including loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and debris removal to support construction activities
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed
- Help with the installation of structures, framing, or other building components as directed by supervisors or skilled tradespeople
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by disposing of waste materials and keeping pathways clear
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries on site
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule and ensure quality standards are met
