We are looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator, Market Expansion to join our TPO Business Strategy team to own the end-to-end project coordinationrequiredto launch and operateEnFin'sTPO products in new and existing state markets. This role will become the resident subject matter expert on state-level renewable energy incentives — including VPP (Value of Solar / Virtual Power Plant programs), SRECs, RECs, and performance-based incentives (PBI) — and serve as the primary coordination point betweenEnFinand cross-functional partners (Energy Services, Legal, Technology, Compliance) on all market expansion activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable navigating complex regulatory and contractual workstreams across multiple states simultaneously.
This position will be based out of San Francisco, CA or Santa Clara, CA with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.Remote may be considered in exceptional cases.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the resident subject matter expert on state-level renewable energy incentive programs (SRECs, RECs, VPP, PBI/performance-based incentives, ADI) across all active and targetEnFinmarkets —maintaininga living reference of program rules, timelines, forms, and monetization paths.
- Own all project coordination for market expansion launches, managing cross-functional timelines and deliverables across Energy Services (e.g., Yuna Jeong's team), Legal (e.g., William Wong), Technology, Compliance, and Operations to ensure on-time go-to-market execution.
- Coordinate state-specific contract and agreement workstreams — including homeowner-facing PPA/lease agreement updates, TPO agreement appendixes (e.g., NJ ADI forms), installer partner incentive guidelines, and digital signature authorization forms — ensuring all documents areaccurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
- Act as the primaryEnFinliaison toQcellsEnergy Services (G&ES) on market expansion matters — managing data exchanges (e.g., customer information for PR-VPP enrollment), form handoffs, and program-specific appendix development.
- Track and manage state incentive program deadlines, application requirements, and compliance milestones (e.g., ADI certification submissions, SREC registration windows, REC monetization timelines) to prevent missed revenue windows.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on state-specific regulatory requirements for new market entry, ensuring all program documentation (authorization forms, compliance certificates, partner guidelines)meetstate and investor standards.
- Maintain a centralized project tracker for all active market expansion workstreams, providing regular status updates to the Manager, TPO BusinessStrategy,and cross-functional leadership on milestones, blockers, and dependencies.
- Support REC/SREC vendor coordination (e.g., Sol Systems,Xpansiv) by tracking pricing updates, managing onboarding paperwork, and ensuring operational handoffs betweenEnFin, G&ES, and third-party aggregators are executed cleanly.
- Bachelor's degree in business, environmental Science, public policy, energy management, orrelatedfield with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or a similar role — preferably in solar/renewable energy, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills —demonstratedability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines across different stakeholder groups.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with regulatory forms, contractual documents, and compliance-related deliverables.
- Proficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint; comfort building project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to coordinate effectively across Legal, Engineering, Energy Services, and Operations teams.
- Knowledge of state-level renewable energy incentive programs (NJ ADI, PA SRECs, PR VPP, state PBI programs) or willingness to develop deepexpertisequickly.
- Experience coordinating across legal and compliance teams on contract or regulatory documentation.
- Familiarity with residential solar TPO products (PPA, lease) and the homeowner agreement lifecycle.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet) and Salesforce.
- Interest in or exposure to energy policy, REC markets, or clean energy regulatory frameworks.
