POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Senior Vendor Relations Associate to join our EnFin Offering Development Team to lead vendor relationships for a rapidly growing residential financer. This position leads Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), oversees ongoing relationship management, and gathers and synthesizes technical and product-level information to ensure vendor offerings align with organizational needs. Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Senior Vendor Relations Associate translates vendor capabilities into strategic insights that advance the company’s broader business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong communication and relationship-building skills, an interest in renewable energy and solar technologies, solid analytical and organizational abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
This position will be based out of San Francisco, CA with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Remote may be considered for exceptional cases.

Responsibilities
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors, including preparation of materials, tracking action items, and follow-up on commitments.
- Management of day-to-day vendor relationships, coordinate communications between internal and external parties, respond to vendor questions, and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
- Collect technical and product information on vendor offerings (such as solar equipment, software tools, and services) for the AVL process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, procurement, and finance to understand business needs and help align vendor solutions accordingly.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and feedback, contributing to reports and identifying trends or improvement opportunities for review with leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, supply chain, engineering, environmental studies, sustainability, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience through internships, academic projects, or roles in sales, customer support/experience, vendor or partner management, operations, or project coordination.
- Basic familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking concepts.
- Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations, including public speaking and sharing insights with internal or external audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Procurement / Supply Chain Certifications, including CAP, CPSM, APICS/ASCM
- Project Management Certifications, including CAPM, etc.
- Solar Industry experience (Renewable)
