We are looking for a Manager, Portfolio Servicing to lead the operations of our evolving end-to-end Servicing functions. The ideal candidate will have residential solar experience with hands-on servicing expertise, a builder’s mindset, and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of sub-servicers. You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Risk and Technology teams to design, scale, and continuously improve Servicing operations as the business grows. This position will be based out of the Irvine, CA office.

You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Risk and Technology teams to design, scale, and continuously improve Servicing operations as the business grows. This position will be based out of the Irvine, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of EnFin’s product structure, system configuration, and servicing workflows.
- Own initiatives end-to-end, supporting strategy, prioritization, and execution while exercising sound judgment and full accountability for outcomes.
- Manage product updates, enhancements, and new feature implementation by translating business requests into clear operational requirements for the sub-servicers.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of Servicing professionals. This includes setting performance expectations, providing training, and monitoring performance.
- Serve as a point of escalation on the team for decision making on complex situations
- Manage execution of servicing-related product changes including testing, validation, and deployment.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex servicing issues, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs and conduct recurring operational and performance reviews with servicing partners.
- Lead root cause analysis and remediation planning for servicing defects or compliance gaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience including 5 years of work experience across loan servicing, with exposure to all major servicing functions.
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience managing or supervising customer service or servicing teams, including third-party/subservice relationships.
- Proven experience building and scaling servicing operations in partnership with technology teams.
- High technical aptitude with the ability to understand systems, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong decision-making ability, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Working knowledge of FDCPA, Fair Debt Collection laws, UDAP, and FCRA.
- Solar Industry experience (Renewable).
- Familiarity with origination and servicing software and systems.
- Understanding of Solar lending products.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
