Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to build and execute tailored sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social media, and internal referral programs.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Oversee interview scheduling, maintain clear candidate communications, and deliver a smooth transition into onboarding for new hires.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to fully understand staffing priorities and team dynamics.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality) to optimize pipeline strategy and hit contract deliverables.
- Represent Qcells accurately in the market to strengthen the employer brand and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay current on modern talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant state and federal employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct talent acquisition or recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Proven success actively sourcing passive tech/engineering candidates across multiple platforms and channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate metrics, interpret recruitment data, and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple open requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across team lines.
- Baseline knowledge of current employment laws and standard hiring regulations.
