Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager, Construction Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of core construction software platforms—primarily Procore—in support of our utility-scale project portfolio. This role will serve as a key liaison between field operations, engineering, finance, and IT, ensuring that systems and workflows promote project compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in construction technology and a strong background in program governance, process development, and cross-functional collaboration. The Program Manager, Construction Systems will report to the Director of Digital Innovation & IT,or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This is a hybrid position based out of Houston, TX office three days per week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 5%.

Essential Job Function & Responsibilities
- Lead the roadmap and lifecycle management of Procore and adjacent construction platforms (e.g., SAP integration, scheduling, document control).
- Partner with construction and operations leaders to standardize best-in-class SOPs across key workflows including RFIs, Submittals, Budgeting, and Change Orders.
- Develop and monitor compliance reporting and audit mechanisms to ensure adherence to contractual, safety, and procedural standards.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Project Controls to ensure accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and invoice validation within Procore and integrated systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback, usage analytics, and evolving business needs.
- Support onboarding, training, and change management efforts across field and office users.
- Serve as the product owner for Procore, managing configuration requests, permission models, and vendor escalation.
- Partner with IT and security to ensure systems meet governance, data integrity, and cybersecurity standards.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in construction technology, project controls, or digital transformation within the EPC or renewable energy sector.
- Deep working knowledge of Procore, including administration, configuration, and advanced module usage (e.g., Budget, ERP Integrations, Inspections).
- Proven track record of developing and enforcing standard operating procedures across multiple projects and business units.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, including scheduling, procurement, cost control, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing field and executive audiences.
- Comfortable leading system implementations, change initiatives, and cross-functional governance structures.
- Experience with ERP or finance system integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
