Essential Job Function & Responsibilities

- Directs solar/construction personneland/or installation subcontractorsto achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications
- Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules
- Supportthe teamwith planning andutilizationof proper means and methods for activities
- Analyze situations,identifyand forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implementappropriate courseof action
- Follow and implementthe company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policy
- Identifywelding certification,trainingand experienceappropriate forassignment scope
- Coordinate and implement resourcesand activitiesnecessary tomaintaina safe and quality execution
- Assureall work undertaken is within approved scope boundaries and is in full compliance
- Coordination with supplier testing & commissioning teams
- Advice site teams onpaper workneeded collected toinitiatecommissioning
- Identify testing requiredperprojects scope of work
- Communication with engineering parties to meet commissioning requirements

- Minimum of5-10years of professional experience supporting theconstructionsof major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks, or other utility-scale construction projects
- Solar PV,wind poweror BESSproject experience, preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent skills in MS Project or comparable project management tool, and possess strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
- Strong in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in written and spoken English, bilingual Spanish and English preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience reviewing electrical and mechanical manuals of installation and design technical packages
- Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a teamplayer
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- May have to interact with Owner’s Field Representative and outside testing agencies
- Experience operating solar power plants and equipment
- Supervise entire electrical department (15 crews, 100 – 150 people)
- Cable installation and termination (AC/DC/MV/Fiber),
- CAB System and Combiner Box installation
- Module-to-module series connection (Plug and Play)
- Harness installation
- SCADA, MET station Aux rack installation
- Temporary and permanent power connection for substation and office trailers
- Travel: up to100%as needed
- Able to climb and maintain balance of ladders, scaffolding, stairways etc.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces
- (Towers, vessels, excavations, etc.
- Able to walk or move continuously while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is
