Responsibilities
A Sales Project Manager handles all size projects, from temporary signage needs (like tradeshows and events) to full-scale projects, like new businesses opening and recurring customers with a monthly flow of orders. He/she coordinates projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. He/she helps to manage the customers’ experience with the company and its employees. Other duties may be assigned, that may or may not include the following: pick-up & delivery of materials, supplies, signs, etc. File & proof generation, follow-up on proofing with customers, meeting on-site for installations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills, including the ability to present professionally
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- High level of integrity and sound decision-making
- Proficient with computers and business software (MS Office and project tools)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret estimates, reports, and technical documents
- Strong math skills including margins, markups, percentages, and measurements (area/volume)
- Basic understanding of algebra and geometry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read maps, follow procedures, and write routine reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in signage, construction, or large-format print industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and site plans
- Knowledge of permitting, zoning, and code compliance (ADA a plus)
- Understanding of sign materials and fabrication (vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, LED, etc.)
- Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and project budgets
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field preferred (not required)
