Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to support operations at our Seabrook facility. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, leading inventory control activities, and ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inventory control activities within the warehouse
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- Train and support warehouse staff on inventory procedures
- Collaborate with operations and management to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse supervision
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with WMS systems and inventory tracking tools
- Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Preferred Experience
- Inventory control in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Supervisory or lead experience
- Familiarity with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
