Job Summary: We are looking for an Office Coordinator to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Office Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for our clinics and play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support, welcoming patients and guests, managing patient communications, and supporting efficient clinic operations. This position works collaboratively with providers and clinic staff to ensure a professional, patient-centered experience across assigned Colorado clinic locations.

· Deals with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining clinic operations.
· Ensures that all patients and guests are positively welcomed and receive an exceptional patient experience.
· Executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Education and Experience:
