Customer Service Coordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people protect their vehicles? QC Elite Detailing is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with customers, and has a positive, “get it done” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads and customer inquiries
• Educate customers on our detailing and ceramic coating services
• Schedule vehicle consultations and appointments
• Conduct ceramic coating consultations and explain package options
• Maintain strong communication through phone, text, email, and social media
• Deliver a high-end customer experience from first contact to completed service
• Assist with customer retention and follow-up communication

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
